Local Food Pantry Research Week 2

This week in Holmes Heroes, the 8th grade students in the local hunger group researched different topics. My group specifically researched local food pantries. We researched local food pantries to look for the different places we can donate food or volunteer time. 

Last week,we focused on asking questions, and curiosity. This week we discussed the questions we had and this is what we found, there were many different pantries in our area and some of them were churches such as Lutheran Church of the Cross and St. Edna, and others were Self Help Closet & Food Pantry and The Northwest Compass Inc.
